Este jueves, el Cuarto Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago emitió su condena contra Sebastián “Cuchillo” Eyzaguirre. Lo declaró culpable de los delitos de violencia y maltrato habitual contra su ex pareja, la periodista Lorena Vargas, ocurridos en 2020.
Para la jueza Cheryl Vargas, según expuso en la audiencia, se ratificó el delito de maltrato habitual, argumentando que desde marzo a octubre de 2020 el ex “CQC” ejerció con habitualidad violencia psicológica en contra de su ex pareja.
Sin embargo, fue absuelto del delito de amenazas por violencia intrafamiliar (VIF). De esta forma, el próximo 14 de junio, a partir de las 13:30 horas, conoceremos la sentencia que deberá cumplir con la pena qu deberá cumplir. Fiscalía pide 540 días de presidio.
La reacción de la ex pareja de Sebastián Eyzaguirre
Previo a conocerse la condena, la ex pareja de Sebastián Eyzaguirre, Lorena Vargas, publicó una extensa reflexión en su cuenta de Instagram. Esto respecto del proceso que estaba viviendo y por el que decidió alzar la voz.
“Cuando te atreves, hablas y te rebelas. Nunca esperes que te aplaudan, te celebren y te acompañen. ¡No! Solo debes confiar en que estás haciendo lo correcto y siempre la verdad será tu mayor aliada”, consignó la periodista.
Seguido a eso, postuló que “te convertirá en invisible, te intentará matar socialmente, profesionalmente y te tratará de loca. Tu silencio será su cómplice. El dolor cada vez será más intenso, lo sentirás en cada hueso de tu cuerpo“.
“Porque la mejor arma de la perversión es la mentira, crear una fantasía de lo que eres. Pero no te dejes engañar, es solo un espejo de quienes inventan y emiten flatus vocis (voces vacías)”, agregó en la publicación.
Por último Vargas hizo un llamado a que “nunca dejes de creer en ti, eres la única que te acompañará en la ruta de la más profunda tristeza y serán muy pocos los que se mantendrán a tu lado transitando este camino de clavos, pero serán quienes marcarán la diferencia en tu reparación y búsqueda de justicia”.
