El titular de la Secretaría de Turismo en Guerrero (SECTUR), Simón Quiñones Orozco, realizó un recorrido por los diferentes hoteles de Acapulco, con la finalidad de conocer los avances de su reapertura.
Durante este recorrido, Quiñones Orozco, constató que los hoteles de Acapulco están listos para recibir a turistas con instalaciones totalmente nuevas y con atractivos conceptos que cautivarán a los visitantes.
Al conversar con cada uno de los gerentes y directores de los hoteles, el secretario Quiñones, reconoció que «los inversionistas le apostaron totalmente a Acapulco» y dijo que eso habla del potencial que tiene este destino turístico, que a pesar del paso devastador del huracán Otis, más que desanimar, motivó a las empresas a renovarse para mejorar la oferta turística.
De igual forma, celebró la apertura de los hoteles que tendrán miles de habitaciones totalmente nuevas y disponibles, como es el caso de «Amares Acapulco” y el «Hotsson Acapulco”, así como aquellos que están próximos a abrir en su máxima capacidad como son el Krystal, Mahi y Las Brisas, entre otros.
Por último destacó que el Gobierno de Guerrero, refrenda su compromiso de trabajar para mejorar los servicios turísticos del estado, de acuerdo a las instrucciones de la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda.
