Un juez de control dictó auto de vinculación a proceso en contra de Christian Rogelio “O” alias “Harry”, posible líder de una célula del Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), por delitos contra la salud en la modalidad de narcomenudeo, y posesión de arma de fuego, en hechos ocurridos en junio pasado en la alcaldía Álvaro Obregón.
En la continuación de la audiencia inicial, el Ministerio Público formuló imputación en contra del implicado y el juez confirmó la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
Además, otorgó un mes para el cierre de la investigación complementaria, tiempo que seguirá en prisión.
El impartidor de justicia, declinó competencia al ámbito federal por lo que hace a la posesión de arma de fuego.

De acuerdo con la investigación, el imputado fue detenido durante el cateo a un inmueble en la colonia Alcantarilla en la alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, donde se aseguró posible narcótico, un arma de fuego y un vehículo de alta gama.
