La Fiscalía Especializada en Homicidios y Lesiones Graves cumplió una orden de aprehensión contra tres hombres acusados de homicidio calificado.
Los detenidos son Erick ‘N’, Salvador ‘N’, ambos de 18 años, y Eduardo Rolando ‘N’, de 30 años.
La detención se llevó a cabo este viernes 5 de julio de 2024 a las 16:42 horas en el cruce de la Avenida Dolores Ladrón de Guevara y la calle Arista, en la colonia Del Norte, Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Los imputados fueron trasladados al Centro de Reinserción Social No. 1 del Estado, ubicado en la Carretera a Salinas Victoria kilómetro 1.5, en Apodaca, Nuevo León.
¿De qué homicidio se les investiga?
Los hechos ocurrieron el 9 de mayo de 2024. Según las indagatorias, la víctima, identificada como Gohan Alberto, se encontraba en el porche de su domicilio en la colonia San Bernabé, Monterrey cuando vehículo se detuvo frente a la casa, y uno de los ocupantes, desde la ventana trasera del automóvil, disparó contra la víctima, quien murió en el lugar. Los atacantes huyeron a toda velocidad.
La Fiscalía considera a los imputados como generadores de violencia en la zona norte de Monterrey y sus alrededores. Actualmente, están siendo investigados por su posible participación en otros eventos violentos en la región.
