La Fiscalía Especializada en Homicidios y Lesiones Graves cumplió dos órdenes de aprehensión contra dos hombres, cada uno en relación con casos de homicidio calificado en el estado de Nuevo León.
En uno de los casos, José Isaac ‘N’, de 19 años, fue notificado sobre su orden de aprehensión en el Centro de Reinserción Social No. 1 en el municipio de Apodaca, ya que Isaac ya se encontraba interno en este centro por un delito diferente.
Según las investigaciones, el 25 de mayo de 2023, Juan Carlos, de 24 años, fue asesinado en su domicilio en la colonia Valles de Santa María, Sector Millán, en Pesquería, Nuevo León.
José Isaac ingresó a la vivienda de la víctima y, portando un arma de fuego, disparó en repetidas ocasiones hiriendo de muerte a Juan Carlos en la cabeza y el tórax.
En el segundo caso, Ángel Yahir ‘N’ de 19 años, también fue notificado sobre su orden de aprehensión en el mismo centro de reinserción en Apodaca, donde también ya estaba interno.
El 20 de mayo de 2024, Christian Isaac fue asesinado en una vivienda en la colonia Colinas del Aeropuerto, en Pesquería, Nuevo León.
Ángel Yahir ‘N’, acompañado de otro sujeto, pateó la puerta del patio lateral de la vivienda y, al abrirla, disparó contra Christian Isaac, quien murió en el sitio, y también hirió a una mujer. Los agresores huyeron corriendo del lugar.
Ambos detenidos se encuentran ahora bajo custodia en el Centro de Reinserción Social No. 1 del Estado, mientras las autoridades continúan con las investigaciones correspondientes para esclarecer estos casos de homicidio.
