La Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones, a través de la Subdirección de Investigación Región Centro, ha ejecutado una orden de aprehensión contra Brayan, de 21 años, por su presunta implicación en un delito de robo ejecutado con violencia y abuso sexual. El arresto tuvo lugar el día de hoy en la calle Volcán del Ajusco y la calle Roble, Colonia Urdiales, Monterrey.
El imputado está siendo acusado por un incidente ocurrido el 9 de junio del presente año, donde presuntamente abordó a una mujer de 37 años en la Avenida Morones Prieto, altura de un vivero en la Colonia Los Pinos, San Pedro Garza García. Según las autoridades, Brayan habría empujado a la víctima hacia el río Santa Catarina, perpetrando tocamientos y amenazas antes de despojarla de sus pertenencias y dinero, para luego darse a la fuga.
Actualmente, Brayan es objeto de una investigación adicional por un evento similar ocurrido el 8 de julio de 2024 en el lecho del río Santa Catarina, también en la Colonia Los Pinos. Las autoridades continúan recabando información en relación con este segundo incidente.
El detenido permanece en el Centro de Reinserción Social No.1 Norte, ubicado en la Carretera a Salinas Victoria km 1.5, Apodaca, Nuevo León, a la espera de los procedimientos legales correspondientes.
