Fue en julio del año 2021 que se dio a conocer que la modelo brasileña murió tras caer bajo confusas circunstancias desde el balcón de un departamento en Las Condes. Este martes, se dio a conocer la decisión de la Corte con respecto a Rodrigo Del Valle, ex pareja de Nayara Vit imputado por delito de homicidio.
Durante la jornada matutina de hoy, se reveló que el Tribunal Oral en lo Penal de Santiago dio a conocer un veredicto con relación al proceso del ex novio de la extranjera, que murió bajo extrañas circunstancias. Recordemos que surgió información que apuntaba a una fuerte discusión momentos previos a la “caída” desde el piso 12.
Rodrigo del Valle quedó en calidad de imputado por femicidio en contra de la modelo. Sin embargo, la Corte finalmente dictaminó que el ex de Nayara Vit quedara absuelto por falta de pruebas, dejándolo inmediatamente en libertad.
Recordemos que el Ministerio Público acusó al empresario chileno de agredir físicamente a la mujer de 33 años, provocando una fractura en una de sus manos. Además, lo más grave, sería que Del Valle habría lanzado a Nayara Vit desde el piso 12, provocándole la muerte.

En esa línea, se solicitaron 20 años de cárcel para el imputado, pero, como ya se indicó, éste quedó absuelto. Cabe señalar que, en primera instancia, se evaluó la posibilidad de que la brasileña pudo haberse suicidado. Esto fue descartado por la defensa.
De esta manera, Rodrigo del Valle, ex pareja de Nayara Vit, estuvo en condición de imputado, en prisión preventiva desde abril de 2023, en el periodo que duró la investigación. El juicio comenzó en abril de este año y, en todo este tiempo, el acusado se ha acogido a su derecho de guardar silencio.
Por ahora, queda esperar a saber si se intentará proseguir con el juicio. Con respecto a la reacción del público, existen diversos comentarios en redes sociales, dando cuentas de que la situación sigue siendo polémica, considerando las extrañas circunstancias de la muerte de Nayara Vit.
