Es más, hace un par de semanas manifestó que podría colgar los botines. “Siendo sincero, es una opción parar tras la Copa América. Si no encuentro algo, no pasa nada”, había indicado en conferencia.

Por otra parte, el capitán de La Roja analizó el primer duelo que tendrá el combinado chileno en la Copa América. El histórico portero aseguró que Perú no será un contrincante fácil, pero confía en las capacidades del grupo liderado por Ricardo Gareca.
“Los partidos con Perú siempre son difíciles. Nosotros sabemos lo que juegan ellos, y ellos también saben cómo jugamos nosotros, pero sabemos también que dependemos de nosotros y de hacer lo que hemos trabajado”, sentenció el portero chileno.
