(CNN) — La cantante de «Girls Just Want to Have Fun» y «Time After Time», Cyndi Lauper, anunció su gira de despedida.
En la que será su primera gran gira en más de una década, y la última, la cantautora nacida en Brooklyn encabezará conciertos en 23 ciudades de Norteamérica del 18 de octubre al 5 de diciembre, según la promotora de eventos Live Nation.
Conocida también por canciones como «True Colors» y «All Through the Night», la ganadora de dos premios Grammy iniciará su gira en el Bell Centre de Montreal, en la provincia canadiense de Quebec. Más tarde se dirigirá al Madison Square Garden de su ciudad natal, Nueva York, el 30 de octubre, y finalmente hará su última parada en el United Center de Chicago, Illinois.
A lo largo de la gira, Lauper contará con invitados especiales que se anunciarán más adelante, según informó Live Nation en un comunicado de prensa el lunes.
