El portero argentino tuvo una cuestionada reacción en el duelo ante Chile por Copa América 2024. Descartó provocación.
Emiliano Martínez despejó dudas sobre las acusaciones de su eventual festejo contra los hinchas chilenos en la Copa América. El portero descartó haber reaccionado contra el público rival en el duelo entre La Roja y Argentina.

“Me desahogué porque sé lo difícil es Chile y lo que nos cuesta en la Copa América. Es un rival muy duro que siempre contra nosotros se pone en un plus y por suerte lo pudimos sacar adelante”, comenzó asegurando a los medios.
“Le grité a la gente nuestra, la de Argentina estaba toda atrás. Nada que ver”, continuó señalando el guardavallas trasandino.
“En muchas ocasiones nos cuesta ganar el primer partido y lo hicimos. Ganamos el segundo, contra un Chile que si perdía tenía muchas chances de quedar afuera”, terminó agregando sobre el polémico duelo.
Argentina va por el primer lugar
Tras rechazar las acusaciones en su contra, Dibu se refirió al próximo enfrentamiento que tendrá Argentina. El conjunto de Lionel Scaloni enfrentará a Perú en la última fecha de la Copa América 2024. Irán con suplentes.
“Está todo por jugar ahora, pero necesitamos que sea un punto para asegurar el primer puesto”, declaró.
Finalmente, tuvo un espacio para responder a los elogios por su actuación ante Chile. “Es lo que me pide el equipo. Yo soy el arquero y cuando me llegan tengo que ayudar a mis compañeros. Yo sé que atajando uno a dos, nosotros ganamos”, finalizó.
