Tras el paso del huracán Beryl por la península de Yucatán, la Guardia Nacional (GN) mantiene activo el Plan de Asistencia a la Sociedad en Casos de Emergencia (Plan GN-A) en su fase de auxilio.
Lo anterior, con el objetivo de apoyar a la población afectada por las intensas lluvias y los fuertes vientos.
La GN informó que en Quintana Roo, las brigadas en coordinación con autoridades de Protección Civil de los tres órdenes de gobierno, realizan recorridos por los municipios de Tulum, donde impactó el meteoro.
También, en los municipios de Solidaridad, Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Benito Juárez, Othón P. Blanco y Lázaro Cárdenas.
Las acciones son auxilio a la población en zonas inundadas, así como en la liberación de vialidades obstruidas por rocas y ramas.
En tanto, en el estado de Yucatán guardias nacionales, junto con brigadas de distintas autoridades, llevan a cabo patrullajes en los municipios afectados por las precipitaciones: Valladolid, Tizimín, Yaxcabá y San Felipe, donde se registró la caída de árboles y anuncios publicitarios.
Los remanentes del huracán Beryl, degradado a tormenta tropical, afectaron algunas comunidades de Campeche, como la localidad de Isla Arena en el municipio de Calkiní, donde elementos de GN realizan patrullajes para ubicar áreas afectadas.
En las tres entidades, los guardias apoyan en el traslado de personas que habitan zonas de riesgo hacia refugios temporales, donde se les proporciona alimento y reparten colchonetas.
La Guardia Nacional precisó que, en coordinación con autoridades de Protección Civil, mantienen el monitoreo de este fenómeno meteorológico que, en próximos días, podría ocasionar lluvias intensas en Tamaulipas y Nuevo León.
